Maddox Foundation named Foundation of the Year by the Mississippi Alliance of Nonprofits and Philanthropy.
The Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi was established in 2002 with a generous grant from the Maddox Foundation.
The CFNM manages over 300 donor-established funds and has distributed more than $48 million to support over 1,000 charitable programs.
The foundation will be honored at an April awards luncheon event at the Old Capitol Inn in Jackson.
